Superb Well Figured Sienna Marble French Mantle Clock with lavish bronze mounts of impressive proportions. The movement with a circular silvered dial with original steel Breguet hands and Roman numerals, on top is an exceptionally fine example of a patinated bronze figure depicting the "Crouching Venus", raised on bronze bracket feet. Second quarter 19th Century.

Condition: This very fine Clock has been professionally restored and serviced, no losses to marble, original pendulum and key.
