A Very Impressive Example by a relatively well known English Artist Thomas MacKay.  Oil on Artists Board Painting complete with its original polished birds eye maple frame. The Painting is glazed.

The impressionistic style view depicts a portrait study of a British Soldier on horseback. 

Condition: Good condition, recently professionally cleaned.

The Painting is signed lower left with a monogram and dated 1912, also signed and entitled “The Patrol” and dated at back.
