An Attractive Patinated Cast Bronze Figure of an Infant Bacchus kneeling on a naturalistic base, pouring wine from a vessel to a chalice, of outstanding quality and medium proportions, possibly after Egisto Rossi 1856-1916, third quarter of the Nineteenth Century, possibly earlier.
This superb piece with stylish ormolu detail is raised on its rectangular base with very attractive ormolu supports.
Condition: Good condition, no losses, nice surface patination, ormolu has been professionally re-gold plated and bronze patinated.
