A Very Fine Quality  French Hand Decorated Ladies Jewellery Casket of shaped rectangular form, mid to late Nineteenth Century, possibly by Samson Paris after Sevres.

The dome hinged lid with hand painted decoration of figures in Eighteenth Century dress in sailing boats with a raised gilt surround.
