A Very Fine Quality  French Hand Decorated Ladies Jewellery Casket of shaped rectangular form, mid to late Nineteenth Century, possibly by Samson Paris after Sevres.

The dome hinged lid with hand painted decoration of figures in Eighteenth Century dress seated in a landscape within a raised gilt surround.

Condition: Good condition with no losses and no wear to gilding.
