Stunning Well Figured Rosewood Table Box of unusually large proportions, with lavish brass inlaid decoration of scrolls, foliage, flowers and vines on all sides and on top within a double band of fine brass string inlay.
Last half of the Nineteenth Century, Continental origin probably France.
The double hinged lid enclosing twin drawers with brass stringing.
Condition: Superb untouched condition, no losses to brass inlay. Original lock and key are present and working.
