Stunning Rare Irish Hand Cut Crystal Fruit Bowl of Navette Form, of Outstanding Quality and Condition.
The Lobed rim above vesica and swaggering baluster central stem on oval moulded base with "lemon squeeser" pattern underneath. Last quarter of the Eighteenth Century, made in Ireland in either Waterford or Belfast.
Condition: Good condition for such an early piece of rare glass, except for a very small chip at top rim, see final image. No inside clouding, wonderful evidence of age wear at base underneath.
